We use two types of shipping costs. We do not charge shipping costs for delivery within the Benelux. You can use free shipping including track & trace. For delivery to the remaining EU countries we charge € 17.50. You can use EU shipping including Track & Trace.

In the order menu, the choice is given where the package must be delivered. After placing your order, it will be processed within 1 working day. This is then sent by our DHL or PostNL distributor. The package will be delivered within 1 working day at the delivery address (in the Benelux). Normally the products are available at all times.

Order on Saturday or Sunday?

Orders on Saturdays and Sundays and out of working hours will be processed as the same working day. The next day the product will be delivered to the delivery address delivered.

When do I receive my product?
